The year has started off pretty hectic.
1. Work MAIL – On 01/13/12 we send out thousands of letters to all of our vendors to introduce them to a new payment process we are setting up. Not all of the companies are current companies that we pay by check. Some we only paid by credit card, so hence vendor my not be in our A/P (accounts Payable) system. I get lots of extra mail to sort out and then resend.
2. Work CALLS – On 01/16/12 preparing to start the new payment process for all of our vendors, or as many as we could get on board: which meant me fielding some over flow calls-listening to messages that had been left on the “contact” persons phone because they did not answer the call. They are sent to me to in turn return the call and answer questions that they had about the program.
3. Work TAXES – On 01/23/12 started to print and sort out W-2’s for about 50 different payrolls we process including ours. I printed them all and guess what they all do not have correct address on them. I get them all back in the mail and I get to look them up and send them back to the originating paper.
4. School CLASSES – On 1/17/11 online class started (I took 3 of them) and first assignments due 01/18/12 (2) and 01/20/12 (2) and 01/23/12 (3). Yes that means that 2 classes are twice a week and the other only once! CRAZY!!!
5. Home CIAOS – Trying to balance the homework-theirs and mine, get food cooked and clothes cleaned all in a timely fashion. Spend time with kids and preparing my church lesson. Oh and say my prayers and read my scriptures. Oh and don’t forget we need to do that as a family too.
